Warranty

We offer a 1-year limited warranty to repair or replace any defective material or component. It does not cover any issues due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or loss/theft of the product. (2-year warranty where local regulations stipulate).

You can find the serial number on the sticker located on the bottom of your bottle, or on the barcode of the box. For the LARQ Pitcher, this is on side of the PureVis™ Wand and the box. It is an alpha-numeric sequence starting with BD, BS, BC, BFD, BFS, BW or P and ending in a number. (e.g. BDMB050A00001311D; BSBO095A0768899D; BCOB050A0871918A; BWOB100AA077324A or PMB00001311).
