United States, Flip top gets in the way of the handle viceversa. I cant walk and just tale a sip from time to time. Filter works great, but is at the bottom of the cup? Every time i take the lid off i have to be careful to not let the entire straw and filter come off because of the bottom heavy design. Why not connect this filter to the top of the lid inside the cup and have the straw after? Overall keeping it but its a bit of an over engeneered design.
United Kingdom, I do like the Larq bottle, the design is sleek and the idea is brilliant. However, the insulation function is not good enough. I expected much better performance for the price. I originally bought this for my trip to Hong Kong, but in the end I brought my Larq jug along with a much better thermal bottle to keep my water cold. Paying this much for a bottle with such a drawback is quite disappointing.

United States, I hesitated to write this review because the product is good, but getting warranty claim, forget about it. I purchased 3 Pure Vis 2 that are $120+ each. One of them, the UV-C LED is now malfunctioning. I would press the button to activate and sometimes it would turn on and sometimes it would not. Sometimes the light indicator on the top would light up white or orange, but the UV-C LED light would not light up. When the UV-C LED light does light up, it’s faint and yellow in color compared to the other 2 bottles I have, that’s bright and has a blue hue. It begs the question if this UV-C LED is even legit. I am trying to get a warranty claim and unless I can produce a video of the issue, they are denying my claim. It's ridiculous because every time I have to activate the UV-C light, I essentially need to have my phone camera ready, and hope the issue comes up. Beware everyone.

We went to the Nevada desert to hike yesterday and the water inside it stayed nice and cold, that when I realized that I should have gotten the larger bottle. The only concern that I have about this wonderful bottle is will the hinge be durable because I always take a drink when it reminds me to, and what I would do if it started to come apart.
