Canada, The water tasted fine when the bottle was working. I was not happy that when the warranty ran out the original cap stopped working. I used the bottle as instructed under normal use 7 times for travel. I think the cap should have lasted longer. I have received the new cap and hope that it will continue to work for more than 2 years.

Canada, My cap decided to die just after the end of the warranty period. So larq sent me a coupon to help me purchase a new one. Always happy to drink good-tasting water!

Spain, The Larq has helped me eliminate plastic bottles and reduce the undesired consumption of microplastics. The customer service is excellent. I do wish the bottle was lighter and that the cap lasted longer . I now want to know how best to recycle the cap when it 'dies'
United States, I got the pure vis cap recently to replace old ones that just do not work anymore. They give you piece of mind while drinking but do not let yourself into thinking that the cap never needs cleaning. Remember to clean it.

United States, Traveled with my PureVis in India for 7 weeks last summer including a week-long hike in the Himalayas, then Japan and China this year, and no tummy issues at all! Had to replace my cap after China, and customer service was really helpful, as it was past the time frame of the warranty.
