France, It's a pretty good pitcher overall, but honestly, I don't really like the fill lid – I wish it flipped up instead of opening downwards when the water goes in. And for how much it costs, the plastic carafe ends up feeling a bit on the cheap side after some use.

United States, It’s an easy way to feel confident about the water you’re drinking. It has a great taste, clear and crisp. The cost can deter people. I argue the quality is worth it. I had an issue staying hydrated but I’ve since added electrolytes to my filtered water. Thanks for the great product! I got my sister to use it. I never have an issue with delivery and it always comes when promised and neither does she. We live in CT and MA.
