United States, The quality of everything is generally really good. The filter has stayed on the straw, lid stays down, etc. my only complaint is adding ice can be hard sometimes since the filters position on the bottom of the straw makes it get stuck on the ice. Additionally, the water tracking is hit or miss with a medium amount of ice. Otherwise, a really strong product.
