cūva is currently available in the US only.
Shipping is free on orders over $80 USD. For orders under $80, standard or express shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight and dimensions.
Orders within the US typically arrive in 2–7 business days. Please add 1–2 business days for order processing. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
Yes—where available, expedited shipping will appear as an option during checkout. Please allow up to 1 business day for processing.
With a subscription, you receive your pods automatically every few weeks. Those recurring shipments ship free when they're over $60 USD, or for a flat $4.95 rate when they're under.
We're happy to accept returns of any unused LARQ product in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Complimentary returns are available in the US. Please reach out to hello@livelarq.com and our Customer Experience team will assist you with the return process. Note that if a product is returned used or doesn't pass our inspection, it won't be eligible for a refund.
Because cūva Flavor Pods are a consumable product, they aren't eligible for returns.
